When illustrator and designer, Jordan Owashi, found out that my dad was battling Stage 3B lung cancer, she reached out to me and asked if she could design a card for him. My family and I were so overwhelmed by her generosity. We said yes, and she created this card for us, using things my dad loves — our dogs, Sadie and Harrie — and lyrics from one of our songs.
